A Personal Journey in the Home Improvement Industry
I’ve always been a hands-on person. As a kid, I loved helping my dad work on home improvement projects. He’s the one who first got me interested in carpentry, drywall, and all things construction. I knew from a young age that I wanted to have a career in the building industry.
My Early Years in Construction
As I mentioned before, I got my start working with my dad on various home improvement projects. He taught me the basics of carpentry and construction, and I quickly developed a passion for it. There was something about working with my hands and creating something unique that really appealed to me. And that experience really inspired me to pursue a career in construction.
Finding My Compass
After getting my contractor’s license, I decided to start Compass Craftsman so I could help people realize their visions for their homes. It’s been an incredible journey so far, and I’ve had the opportunity to work on some amazing projects. One of my favorite parts of this job is being able to meet so many different people from all walks of life. Each homeowner has their own unique story, and it’s always fascinating to hear about their vision for their home and what they hope to achieve with the project.
